TVC was engaged to perform the structure build out for the Associate’s Village parking. The ±400-space precast parking structure and 146,000 square foot building, provided much-needed additional parking for club staff and members. Our scope of work included excavation, foundation, rebar, concrete walls, slab on grade, masonry, columns and beams.
