Finally we will complete the structure through the precise installation of rebar and concrete pouring for all slabs on grade walls columns tie beams and suspended slabs delivering a solid primary structure ready for the client’s operations.

TVC Construction is providing the complete concrete and masonry shell package. This project requires careful execution within the airport environment. Our team will start with precision saw cutting for demolition then construct all new structural components including the new Elevator Pit, reinforced Slabs on Grade, and a new Concrete Slab over the existing roof for the expansion. We are responsible for forming pouring and finishing all concrete walls columns and beams as well as the full masonry installation to deliver a robust and fully prepared structural shell for the modern improved facility.

TVC Construction is the dedicated concrete and masonry shell contractor for The Private Suites at MIA project, responsible for delivering the complete core structure. Our scope encompasses all necessary concrete work, beginning with the demolition of existing basement slabs and the execution of earthwork and foundations (including excavation, grading, and continuous footings). We will form, supply, and place 4,000 psi concrete for all slabs on grade, columns, concrete walls, beams, and tie beams, in addition to providing the complete masonry and suspended slab package, ensuring a robust structure compliant with all project documents.
