We were responsible for the construction of a state-of-the-art 18,020 square feet commercial warehouse, built with CBS (Concrete Block Structure) construction. Our scope included the foundations, floors, reinforced concrete columns, beams, and concrete block walls. Additionally, we handled the steel structure work, including the installation of a metal deck and joists, as well as the lightweight concrete insulation treatment. The project was constructed from the ground up, starting with the perimeter enclosure, which includes 1,170 feet of concrete fencing. This work involved concrete foundations, walls, and columns, as well as finishes such as stucco and paint. We also installed a large-scale aluminum fence, vehicle gates, and pedestrian access gates. Furthermore, we were responsible for the installation of air conditioning systems throughout the warehouse.
